Share Your Mindfulness Intention for the Year Ahead

Please comment with your mindfulness intention for the year ahead & let's support each other's practice! 🙏 🧘‍♀️📿 The mindful.technology (“mindful dot technology”) community explores and reviews techniques and tools to help you stay focused whilst using devices including as smart phones, tablets, laptops, and smart watches.
